Q) Do I own my domain, email and website once they’re set up?
A) Yes — everything is registered in your name and the website files belong to you. I provide managed hosting to keep things secure, fast and maintained, but you can request a full ZIP backup anytime.
Q) What do I need to provide to get started?
A) Just your business details (name, services, area covered), contact info and any photos or logos. I handle all setup and configuration.
Q) How long does it take to go live?
A) Typically 3–10 days depending on content approval. Essentials is normally faster as it doesn’t include a website build.
Q) How do payments work?
A) All packages use a simple two-stage payment: a 50% deposit to begin the setup, and the remaining balance paid at handover once everything is finished, tested and you’re happy. You can also use the Custom Amount button to pay in full or pay for future support.
Q) What happens with hosting after the first year?
A) Your first year of hosting is included. After that, you continue on my Managed Hosting & Maintenance plan, which covers SSL, backups, security updates, fixes and all technical management. If you ever want to change hosting providers, I will supply a full ZIP backup of your entire site.
Q) How do you charge for changes after handover?
A) First 14 days: free small tweaks. After 14 days: £15 per small edit (text changes, photo swaps, phone number updates etc.). Larger work such as new pages or redesigns is quoted individually. No subscriptions — you only pay when you need help.
Q) Is support available long-term?
A) Yes — you can contact me anytime for updates, changes or technical help. You always deal with the same person.
Q) Will my business email work on iPhone, Android, tablets and computers?
A) Yes — your email syncs across all modern devices so you can read and reply from anywhere.
Q) Can you migrate my old Gmail or Outlook emails to the new business email?
A) Yes — I can help move your old messages across. Migration is optional and quoted depending on how much data you have.
Q) Can you link my Google Business, Facebook or Instagram to my website?
A) Yes — I can add social buttons or icons so customers can reach you instantly.
Q) What if my business grows later on?
A) Your setup is built to grow. New pages, redesigns, extra email addresses, branding updates or extra features can be added anytime without rebuilding the whole site.
Q) Do you offer IT support beyond websites?
A) Yes — I provide a wide range of home and business IT support including Windows upgrades, laptop repairs, SSD/RAM installs, Wi-Fi and printer setup, smart home setup, data recovery, email troubleshooting, and small business IT help.
Q) What if something breaks or I need a quick fix?
A) Message me on WhatsApp or Email and I’ll take care of it quickly. Small fixes are £15. Larger work is quoted upfront so you always know the cost.
Q) Can I pay for support or fixes online?
A) Yes — use the Custom Amount button on the Payments page. Change the quantity to match the amount you want to pay (e.g. quantity 15 = £15).
Q) I’m not great with technology. Will this be complicated?
A) No — everything is explained clearly, without jargon, and I guide you through each step. Your email and website are set up properly so they just work.
